Uelsmann work looks like a precursor for all the fabulous images coming out of people’s minds using photoshop. But Uelsman used a camera and the darkroom. His work has had a huge affect on many artists, myself included.

These are pieces I did that have a strange resemblance to some of Uelsmann’s works. I was not aware of the resemblance while working on them. But Uelsmann has the affect on you that once you have seen one of his works, it sticks in your mind.
